Hi Folks, I was staying nearby attending the EAA airshow and hoping to find a diner to start my day. I drove down to Commercial st. and turned the wrong way. I came across a family sitting out in front of their house and asked them if they knew a good diner and they said Papas Cafe first thing. I went the other way and found your diner. Was very impressed from the first step in the door. Not easy to do since I managed restaurants for eighteen years. Clean, modern and friendly. I had breakfast three days in a row and the food was fabulous. More importantly, the food and presentation were consistent. Good, hot and on time. Last but not least, the two ladies(Ellen and Sheena please forgive me if I got your names wrong), who helped me were terrific! Remembered me from each day I was there. Never missed a step or forgot anything I asked for. Very professional and friendly. And it wasn't just me. They handled the dining area and customers very well.
